St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment

Since 1984, St. Kitts & Nevis has operated a Citizenship by Investment Program that offers foreign investors the opportunity to obtain a second citizenship. The program grants a second citizenship to investors who meet criteria set by the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis. This program is one of the most established Citizenship by Investment Programs worldwide.

To be eligible to apply for the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, investors must make a significant economic contribution to the country. It can proceed by choosing one of the following investment options:

  • Make a non-refundable investment of a minimum of US$150,000 in the Sustainable Growth Fund,
  • To make a minimum real estate investment of USD 200,000 and to hold this real estate for 7 years after the investment,
  • Make a minimum real estate investment of USD 400,000 and hold the real estate for 5 years after the investment.
  • In addition to the investment option, the applicant must be at least 18 years old. In addition, documents such as a medical report and criminal record are required.

The process of applying for and obtaining citizenship through the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program usually takes between 3 to 5 months.
